KINKY LOCKED TRACKER · VERSION 2026-08-04
Terms of Service & Privacy Notice
Please read this document before creating an account or uploading content. The Tracker is an adults-only social challenge platform. Participation is voluntary and may be ended at any time.
1. Service provider and contact
The KINKY LOCKED Tracker (the “Service”) is provided by RÓŻANA SZAFA BARTOSZ MARCZEWSKI, WROŃSKA 1D/1, 20-327 LUBLIN, Poland, VAT/NIP: PL9462589693 (“Provider”, “we”, “us”). E-mail: alpha@tracker.kinkylocked.com.
Address for formal notices, complaints and deliveries: RÓŻANA SZAFA BARTOSZ MARCZEWSKI, ZIELONA 20A, 42-360 JASTRZĄB, Poland.
2. Nature and scope of the Service
The Service provides free account registration, profiles, voluntary chastity challenges, automatically or manually assigned tasks, photo uploads, a member feed, likes, follows, comments, notifications and moderation tools. We may add, remove or change non-essential functions for security, legal or operational reasons.
The Service is not medical care, professional BDSM supervision, emergency assistance or a guarantee of any physical outcome. The words “Alpha”, “Slave”, “Keyholder”, “order”, “sentence”, “punishment” and similar expressions are role-play language only and do not remove anyone’s freedom to refuse, stop or seek help.
3. Eligibility and account rules
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
- You may create only an account for yourself, provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
- Accounts may not be sold, shared or used to impersonate another person.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account until you notify us of unauthorised access.
- The Service may be unavailable in places where adult or fetish content is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with local law.
4. Contract and technical requirements
The agreement is concluded when you submit the registration form after accepting these Terms and we create your account. It continues until the account is deleted. You may terminate it at any time using Settings → Delete account. The Service requires an internet connection, a current browser supporting cookies and JavaScript, and a valid e-mail address. Uploads require JPG, PNG or WebP support; the application may convert files to WebP.
5. Consent, health and safety
- Every challenge and task is voluntary. You may refuse a task, end a challenge, unlock yourself or delete your account at any time. In-app day penalties are fictional scoring mechanics only.
- Never follow a task that is unsafe, illegal, beyond your agreed limits, contrary to medical advice or likely to harm you or another person.
- Keep an emergency release method available. Do not use the Service while driving or operating machinery.
- Stop immediately and seek appropriate medical help if you experience pain, numbness, discolouration, swelling, loss of sensation, injury or other concerning symptoms.
- We do not verify the identity, age, consent, qualifications or intentions of other users. Exercise caution and do not rely on strangers for personal safety.
6. Prohibited conduct and content
You may not upload, request, distribute or link to content that:
- depicts or sexualises any person under 18, or appears to do so;
- was created or shared without the informed consent of every identifiable adult shown;
- depicts sexual violence, coercion, trafficking, abuse, serious injury, bestiality or other illegal conduct;
- contains another person’s private information, intimate imagery, address, documents or precise location;
- infringes copyright, trade marks, image rights or other rights;
- is threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, fraudulent, spam or malware;
- attempts to bypass security, scrape users, expose private images or interfere with the Service.
Do not include faces, tattoos, documents, reflections, screens, addresses or surroundings unless you knowingly accept that they may identify you. We remove EXIF/GPS metadata from newly processed images, but this does not remove identifying details visible in the image itself.
7. Your content and publication licence
You retain ownership of content you upload. You confirm that you created it or hold all permissions needed to publish it and grant the licences below. You remain responsible for the content and for obtaining consent from every person shown.
Service licence. By uploading content you grant the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, convert, resize, watermark, blur, display and distribute that content within the Service for as long as it remains posted, and for a reasonable period in backups and legal records after deletion.
Marketing licence. Only where you separately select the marketing consent at registration or later in Settings, you grant the Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to select, reproduce, crop, resize, subtitle, watermark and publish content you upload, together with your nickname, for promotion of KINKY LOCKED on its websites, newsletters, advertising and social-media accounts. We will not sell your content as a standalone product. You may withdraw this consent for future marketing use at any time by contacting us or changing the setting. Withdrawal does not invalidate use made before withdrawal, and third-party reposts or platform copies may remain outside our control.
We may remove, restrict, blur, preserve as evidence or refuse any content, and may warn, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law or respond to a credible report. Moderation is not a promise that all content is reviewed before publication.
8. Availability and liability
We use reasonable care to operate the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, delivery of notifications, compatibility with every device or that user content is accurate or safe. Keep your own copies of important content. To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities, user conduct, reliance on tasks, or content removed in accordance with these Terms. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or personal injury caused by fault where applicable.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms for legal, security or material service changes. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by e-mail with reasonable advance notice where practicable. If you do not accept them, you may delete your account before they take effect. We may suspend or terminate an account for material or repeated breach, immediate safety risk, illegal content, fraud, security abuse or a binding legal request.
10. Complaints and governing law
Complaints may be submitted through the contact form, by e-mail or to the delivery address above. Include your nickname, a description of the issue and the requested solution. We aim to respond within 14 days. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence. Courts have jurisdiction under applicable mandatory rules.

12. Sensitive content and visibility
Images and profile information may reveal sex life, sexual orientation, health or other sensitive information. You decide what to upload and may delete your account. Public visitors receive blurred proof images; full uploaded images are intended for signed-in members and administrators. No online service can guarantee that another user will not screenshot, copy or redistribute visible content.
13. Recipients, transfers and retention
Data may be processed by hosting, e-mail, security, backup and technical-support providers under appropriate arrangements, by competent authorities where legally required, and by other users according to the visibility described above. Some providers or social-media platforms may process data outside the EEA under an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Account data is kept while the account exists. On account deletion, active records and uploaded files are deleted without undue delay, subject to technical backups, fraud/security logs, legal obligations and claims retention. Backup copies expire according to the applicable backup cycle.
14. Your data-protection rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) or your local supervisory authority.
