How collectible cards work.
Bronze, silver and gold cards drop from almost everything you already do, sort into themed albums, and pay out their own bonus the first time you pull one.
๐ด Where cards come from
There's no separate "collect cards" task - they show up as a side effect of things you're already doing:
Chests - every completed task cracks open a chest for points, and separately rolls 1-3 bonus cards on top, entirely independent of how many points the chest was worth. Badges - every badge tier you unlock also drops exactly one card, with better odds the higher up that badge's ladder you are. Tasks - Alpha can flag a specific task to guarantee a card of a chosen tier every time it's completed, on top of whatever the chest rolls. Wheel - a few slices on the daily wheel are a straight card win. Shop - if you'd rather skip the randomness of when, the rewards shop can offer a "random bronze/silver/gold card" redemption for points.
๐ฅ Tiers & odds
Every card belongs to one of three tiers. A bigger chest both drops more cards at once and skews harder toward the better tiers:
| Chest opened | Cards dropped | Tier odds (bronze / silver / gold) |
|---|---|---|
| ๐ฆ Common | 1 | 85% / 13% / 2% |
| ๐ Uncommon | 1 | 70% / 25% / 5% |
| ๐ Rare | 2 | 50% / 35% / 15% |
| ๐ Epic | 2 | 30% / 45% / 25% |
| ๐ Legendary | 3 | 10% / 40% / 50% |
A badge unlock always drops exactly one card - the odds use this same table, just picked by how far along that badge's ladder you are instead of by chest size: your first tier in a category feels like a common chest, maxing out the category feels like a legendary one.
๐ Duplicates
Pulling a card you already own doesn't waste it - it stacks a รN quantity badge on the card instead. Only the first copy of a card ever pays out its reward (points, a bonus wheel spin, or a streak freeze, whichever Alpha assigned it) - repeats are for bragging rights and album completion only, not extra points.
๐ Albums & completion
Cards are grouped into themed albums. Open My Cards to see every album's progress bar and every card inside it - bronze and silver cards show their real art and name at once (grayed out until you own them, full color once you do), so you always know exactly what's left to find. Collect every card in an album and, if Alpha attached one, you get a one-time completion bonus on top of everything the individual cards already paid out.

Bronze and silver reveal themselves in the album the moment they exist, whether or not you own them yet - only their color changes. Gold is the exception: an unowned gold card shows only as "???" with no art or name, so pulling one is a genuine surprise rather than something you already saw coming from the album list.
