Private photos vs. the Story Archive.
Two features that sound similar but do the opposite thing - one hides content that would normally be visible, the other keeps content around that would normally disappear.
🙈 Private (hidden) photos
This is a privacy control for your regular photos - task proofs and anything you've posted straight to the Feed. Turn it on from Settings → Privacy & content → Photo visibility and every photo you've ever posted (plus every new one) gets blurred everywhere on the site except your own profile page. Only you and Alpha can still see them clearly. Your profile itself, bio, streak and badges all stay completely visible - only the photos are affected, and you can switch it back off at any time.
🗄️ Story Archive
This is about a completely different kind of content: your Stories, which normally vanish 24 hours after posting for every account. If you have Premium, your Stories don't get deleted when that window closes - they move into your own permanent Story Archive page instead. This isn't a privacy setting; it does the opposite of "hide my photos" - it keeps content visible for longer than it normally would be, to anyone who could already see your profile.

🔀 Can you use both?
Yes - they're completely independent of each other. Hiding your photos has no effect on your Story Archive, and having a Story Archive doesn't reveal any photos you've chosen to hide.
